🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  1. The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  2. You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  3. The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if a return is required)

Note: Because we operate under a dropshipping model, not all products are eligible for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  2. Items without proof of purchase or outside the return window
  3. Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  4. Items damaged due to misuse or not following instructions

📝 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sptopmaxus@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number and full name

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photo or video evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including whether a return is required or if a refund/replacement can be processed without return.

🚚 Return Shipping

- If a return is required, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

💳 Refunds or Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between:

- A full or partial refund to your original payment method

- A replacement item, shipped at no additional cost (when available)
